How it Works 

Transition from Quickbooks Online to QuickBooks Desktop in 4 easy steps:

1. Connect to your QuickBooks Online company

2. Choose how far back you’d like to convert (a.k.a., the “Conversion Date”)

3. Download your newly converted file

4. Open the file in QuickBooks Desktop for Windows
